Electronic and Simplistic - A perfect combination

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Electric dryers don't typically last as long as gas dryers. However, my last electric dryer lasted 15 years. This dryer is now 7 years old and it's going strong. I'm not one to do any preventative maintenance to prolong the life of my appliances but I also don't abuse them. LG has an excellent reliability record for their washers and dryers. My only complaint with this dryer is it's not always easy to program it for less drying time so I usually settle for the preset times that appear. I press the button showing less time when it's running and nothing happens. Other than that, I just set it and forget it. It's not very loud when it operates and the lint filter is easy to clean. I expect this dryer easily to last 15 years and it gives me added motivation to stick around longer too. Everybody Stay Safe

The sensor for the dryer is wrong most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sensor to see if the clothes are dry is wrong most of the time. When you go to check them they are still wet and the dryer has stopped.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
