I keep loosing connection, this time I have not been able to reconnect. I may need to return this Product.

Ensure that you have a stable connection from your ISP. Tweaking the router’s wireless channel will also reduce possible interference on your network. Follow the steps on this link: http://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=136797

I was a little anxious about this up and running.... know enough about technology to get myself in trouble, but it was extremely easy, no glitches. Followed directions. Everything I needed was in the box!
