Sony did a great job of packing so many features into such a small camera. I love the high quality video and images that it produces. It's low light performance is surprisingly good with little noise for its size. My favorite features of this camera is the flip screen and time-lapse feature. The screen is big enough to know if I am centered in the frame. I received this camera as a gift by Sony as a brand ambassador.

RXs are the best point and soot cameras I have ever seen in my entire life, it accuracy is beyod any questions, superb construction and so easy to operate. I still have the RX100 and now I own the three RXs. RX100MIII with the viewfinder and even faster Zeiss lens is unique. Tired of carrying so may weight over muy shoulders with the SLRs when traveling has solutioned my shoulder problem all for all. I highly recommend this amazing camera.

Well built. Works perfectly out of the box with factory settings. Fits easily into a pants pocket with plenty of opportunity to take excellent pictures while learning to use all the advanced features. However, not for a telephoto fanatic.

Great compact camera with a relatively large sensor. Good lens and image quality but only 24-70 mm range. Viewfinder generally good and visible in all ambient light conditions except bright sunlight.

I bought my RX100 Mark 3 last year and it's the best camera I've purchased so far. I took it on a trip to Germany, Switzerland and Denmark last year. I took some of the best photos/videos ever during that trip. It was a gigantic upgrade over my previous camera, the Panasonic DMC-TZ3. Both the photos and HD video look great. The only features that are missing and would probably be appreciated by some people are a touchscreen and the ability to record 4K video. Those missing features should not be deal breakers for most people, but it's something to consider, especially as people upgrade to 4K HDTVs over the next few years.

Great Camera, alot of features

This is a great little camera that I purchased. The amount of options and setting in the menu are overwhelming. Most of the time I have to leave it as default. Great sharp pictures and I also like the NFC function which works with my Galaxy S4.
