Best product I have purchased in years!

My wife and I received our Electrolux Built-in range on 11/19/10. We cooked and baked our first meal for friends on the 20th of November. The range is perfect, starting with ease of installation, rear adjustable height, clear and precise operations manual. Cooking and baking is a dream and exceeded our expectations. The range is beautiful, has a solid feel for door and warming drawer movements. Also, the appearance of the stainless finish is professional, with smooth corners and no sharp edges. The product is well worth the price and we would not hesitate to recommend this unit. Electrolux is a brand name we now hold in esteem.

I love my range!

I really do love my Electrolux range. I love the built-in look, and It has so many great features, including two timers, five burners (several with adjustable sizes), and even cooking with convection baking. I tried the "Perfect Turkey" setting at Christmas, and everyone agreed that it was indeed a perfect turkey.
The only thing I can think of to improve this product (and it shouldn't deter you from buying it) is that the cooktop doesn't look brand new anymore (I've used my range heavily for about a year). It's sort of like buying a new car, though...eventually you get a little scratch or ding that breaks your heart! The cooktop cleaner that comes with the range helps, and I guess was made to be used (not just looked at)! Even with the few scratches here and there, it's still way easier to clean than a gas stove, and looks almost good as new with a little dish soap and a soft cloth.
If you love to cook, I would recommend this product!

A wonderful oven

We replaced our 37 year old oven with this model. It's hard to believe how user friendly, precise and wonderful this oven has been. It took us some time to explore all the possibilities which the oven has to offer. Each new discovery is amazing.

Not completey satisfied

This range is beautiful and looks great in my remodeled kitchen. I have had issues with it including the oven racks placement and the oven bulb. The latest issue is that the stainless steel trim on the front catches on cook's clothing when you get close to it, reaching to cabinets above the range. It has damaged several articles of clothing and while there is no obvious protruding piece of trim, something is catching. I have not reached out to the service center to see what can be done. My previous calls have been responded to and they are very helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect design

I just had my kitchen remodeled and chose this Electrolux Range because it had such good features. I love having 5 burners with the capability of making several of them different sizes to fit my pots & pans perfectly. The controls are so easy to reach and adjust very precisely to my needs. The oven is a great size but the best part I like is the pull out rack on rollers. In my opinion, all of the shelves should be this design, not just one. They glide so easily and cause less strain on your back & shoulders. So far, I am happy with my new Electrolux and I would recommend it to any one shopping for a new smooth top electric range.

very sleek looking, with smoothly gliding interior shelving and many options not found in other stoves. However, the top is difficult to keep clean-looking even when using special cleaning products, after only a few uses.

I am satisfied with the quality of the product. The materials used are very high quality and doesn't feel cheap. The stove works like a charm. With their new touch design to control the burners it feel very innovative and intuitive.
