Large capacity...super quiet!!!

I appreciate how extremely quiet the unit is!! As well as it's large capacity and maneuverability of the shelves...had to study it a bit, but now that we're used to it, it's just great.

Nearly a perfect dishwasher

I really do like this appliance. The only knock I have on it is a minor one. The issue I have is with the silverware basket. It is not conveniently placed in the dishwasher, and the way it is set up, you either need to dump all the silverware out in a damp pile to sort it, or you need to grab the eating surface, which is less than ideal.
I understand that there is an (optional) third row silverware rack that comes with some LG models and it appears that this would resolve the issue.
I hate to nitpick, because this is truly a great dishwasher. It is virtually silent and the dishes come out very clean. But since packing and unpacking the dishwasher are my job, I deal with this issue daily. A little more attention to the silverware rack would have made a difference to me.
One alternative might be to make the third rack available for all models. This would likely generate additional sales for LG and a (slightly) more satisfied customer.

I have to check to make sure that I have turned it on, it is so quiet. Our last dishwasher made horrible grinding noises that were really loud. I love the versatility of the racks.

A Must Have Dishwasher!

I love this LG Dishwasher! It is so quiet, I forget that it is running! The only way I know the dishes are completed, is the soft, melodic, tune. It is 'cute.' I would recommend this particular model because it does such an excellent job in getting all my dishes/glasses clean! The quietness is a huge plus! A must have for anyone looking for/replacing a dishwasher!

Really good dishwasher

This thing is really quite. Had it for close to 6 months now, and while the noise is a little louder than when it was brand new, it's still ten fold quieter than any dishwasher I've ever owned. I can watch TV in the same room and not even know the dishwasher is on. We typically use the QUICK cycle, which always gets the dishes clean, uses less water, and is quicker. Occasionally, when we use the NORMAL cycle and get an error. Sometimes it goes away after a restart, sometimes it doesn't. Have never had any issues when using the QUICK cycle. The racks are great too. Lots of features to keep small things in place. I do wish the silverware lots were just a bit wider as one of our sets of silverware has handles that are just a bit too wide.

The answer to a big family's prayers

If you have a big family you will LOVE the capacity of this dishwasher. I can't believe how many more dishes I can fit in this model compared to my previous dishwasher. And tall dishes or cutting boards? No problem. I've also been able to cut my detergent use in half because this does such a good job cleaning.
