Quite an upgrade...

...from our 12 year old dishwasher. Incredibly quiet and we've never removed a dirty dish in the first two months of ownership. Lower racks are a little confusing at first to figure out, but other than that, no complaints. Significantly improved our lives. No more scrubbing plates/dishes before putting in the washer. No more re-washing stubborn spots after the wash. No more loud noise.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Quality

After having a low grade dishwasher (that came with our house), I am so happy to finally have a dishwasher that actually washes the dishes!! I waited a few months to do my review because I wanted to use it on many different levels of dirty dishes and I can say that it has passed all my tests. I do not have to rinse my dishes before putting them in and they always come out squeaky clean. I also love the adjustable tines...I have been able to fit a multitude of items in this machine. The top rack is also low enough (even on the highest setting) to fit my big Tervis Tumblers with no problem (they didn't fit in my other machine on the top rack). Some reviewers said their dishes were still wet at the end of the cycle...I have never had this problem. This dishwasher is also very quiet. I would highly recommend this dishwasher!!!!

very quiet handsome appliance

We bought this appliance because of good reviews and a very flat front that fit into a limited space. It is very quiet. Our only beef is that the dish racks do not seem very well designed and many of our dishes move about when we are opening and closing the lower rack.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

Quiet and efficient dishwasher

Amazed at how quiet it is. Our dishes, etc., come out clean and fairly dry despite the lack of a heater element on this washer. Of course the cycle times are a little longer to effect the drying of the dishes with the stainless steel interior.
The bottom rack needs to be slightly redesigned to allow some dishes (like cereal/soup bowls) to stand up straight. This creates a loss of some space on the bottom.
I would like to see a 'special' light on the front to indicate that the cleaning cycle is complete. It would turn off when the door is opened to unload the washer. There are times when I am not sure if the dishes are clean or if the washer needs to be started to clean the dishes already loaded.

normal washing cycle takes more than 2 hours, with sanitary option on more than 2.5hrs, with extra dry option more than 3.5hrs!!!

Impossible to load this dishwasher

I was attracted to the dishwasher by the appearance, size, stainless steel inside and a quiet cycle. The price seemed very fair for all of the features. The problem is the difficulty in figuring out how to load the racks and although there are adjustments you can make within the racks, the pins fall down and there is no clear way to efficiently load. I have had all kinds of dishwashers and was so disappointed in this one feature that really makes or breaks a dishwasher. There are some positives. The appearance, the choice of cycles and the performance are very good.

Racks poorly designed; no clean dishes light

Have had several months. Is attractive and seems to clean dishes fine, but dish racks don't work well at all. Upper racks on outside row are sloped, which might be good for old-fashioned tea cups, but glasses fall over. Folding down racks fall down easily and suddenly when you are loading dishes, dropping your dishes against each other. There is no light that stays on indicating that the dishwasher has run. The fine print in the manual says this is for safety and energy efficiency. Lots of appliances have clocks that stay on 24/7 without raising safety concerns, and an LED indicator couldn't use more than 10 cents worth of electricity per year. You use a lot more (plus incur other inconvenience# when you can't remember if you ran the dishwasher #or if your wife ran it) the night before and run it again. Would not buy this one again.

Dishwasher was easy to install. Much quieter and cleans so much better than our old machine. Wife could not wait to show me the difference between dishes cleaned by this one and our old one. We both claim it is the best dishwasher we've ever had.
I started out with an LG washing machine and dryer. We have since gotten a refrigerator, plus this dishwasher. I can't say enough about their quality workmanship.
