This product gets an A+ for convenience and usability. The racks have many different combinations to make sure all of dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and utensils fit. It is so quiet that I had to keep checking that it was actually running. This dishes come out sparkling clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend it. My only dislike is that there is no rinse only/hold feature on this model.

I really like this dishwasher. Not only is it extremely quiet, it's very good at cleaning! All of the spots that my previous dishwasher left are gone and I don't have to re-wash any more!
Pros: Performance

I've only had this dishwasher about 2-3 months but so far I'm loving it. I purchased this dishwasher after my Maytag(that was barely 2yrs old died)The LG runs very quietly, and I really like the adjustable shelves and also being able to run a cycle for only the top shelf. I already have an LG washing machine which I really like so decided to try the dishwasher also. Thus far I'm really liking both appliances and would recommend the brand to others.
I would recommend this to a friend!

you don't even realize it's on.it's that quiet! cleans better than any other we've owned.However,we found that racking dishes was a bit of a challenge,it's not really easy rack,but somewhat of a puzzle.

This dishwasher is so quiet that in the beginning I had to keep checking to see if it was running or not. The dishes come out sparkling clean. Still learning how to load it properly as it loads different then other dishwashwers that we have had in the past.

The easy rack makes it easy to fit larger items. The quietness and cleaning ability are amazing. I would definately recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

Quiet and clean!

I bought this dishwasher mainly because I needed something super quiet and energy/water-efficient. I got that! I like the stainless steel interior because it's easy to clean. I like the roominess of the interior. I like how clean the dishes are. I even like the silverware holder!
On the con side, I am not crazy about the flip-down rack features. They don't seem to stay up, and flip down too easily. The top rack is a bit awkward for some items, but I do like the way wine glasses fit easily on their side (not a lot of them, though) and that they are safe from getting broken. I also am not crazy about needing to use rinse agent.
But overall, I think it was a good purchase for the price and for what I needed. I haven't needed to use any of the special settings, so I can't speak about those, but it is pretty easy to use.
