It's broken

I need to clean the filter, I think, but cannot figure out how.
My play store will not allow me to download the LG diagnistic app.
I'm on disability and cannot afford a repairman.

Getting Very Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so maybe poor isn't the best choice for this, but after 2 and a half years of running flawlessly the dishwasher has now become somewhat of a nightmare and joke. The dishwasher threw a FE error code in January 2019, could not get the error code to clear so we had it repaired. 2 weeks later it stopped washing properly, called the repair place again. this time they had to diagnose the issue first, then order parts. Parts came in, repair guy starts doing the repair, can't finish because he needs another part. At this point we are now in at the beginning of March. New parts again show up, repair guy was here yesterday. replaced the sump pump, the main board, and another part that i can't think of. Ran the dish washer last night and low and behold another error code (nE) shows up.
Pros: ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans great but, Rack design could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for over a year now. It does a decent job of cleaning but I dislike the rack designs. it does not hold our particular pattern of plates and bowls very well . The tines are too short to hold the weight of the plate in place and the tines are too close together to fit many bowls in. it waste space because we must place them so far apart to fit them in without being tightly against each other. You must use caution closing the unit so as to keep the plates from falling over and breaking each other. The upper rack is fine on one side but is not symmetrical so, glasses do not fit on the opposite side.
occasionally, it will stop running just after you start it and you need to keep an eye on it in case it stops. totally intermittent so, tough to locate the issue. available cycles are nice as well as the appearance.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality

Dishwasher failed twice in 6 years

Upper rack rusting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with the home I just purchased 4 months ago. It was installed in July 2015. I noticed the upper rack is rusting in several places and assume there is no warranty left, nor do I have any warranty paperwork from the previous owners. I am not sure if there is any recourse.
