I love OtterBox and all of their products. But i wish they would have stated that this case isn't compatible with the genuine leather back of the g4, i had to go and purchase a separate back for my phone so i could use the case. The case itself is fantastic, it's light, strong, and doesn't restrict any functionality

Over the years of owning a phone I've never felt the need for a case, getting the new LG G4 I felt that before I even got it out of the box I wanted a strong, durable case for it. Instantly I thought otterbox and I'm glad I did. Shortly after I began using it, my nephew decided my phone was a throw toy and launched it across the room, if it wasn't for the otterbox, I have a feeling I'd be buying a new phone right now. Very strong, sturdy and the rubberized piece gives a great grip.

I had this case on my previous phone and couldn't believe it survived my clumsiness. That includes a drop in the toilet. I found only a couple drops inside the case.(not that I would recommend testing it that way) So it was a no brainer to order it for my new LG G4. I ordered it through Verizon's website and when it arrived I found that it said "not compatable" with Leather G4. The only difference I can find is that the port in the bottom does not line up with the headphone jack on the phone. Not a big deal to me, but could be for someone else. I looked at Verizon's website and then Otterbox"s website and could not find a model specific for the Leather G4. Why the headphone jack is in a different location on the phone is beyond me.

I've used Otter Box cases for years. Each new phone I've gotten has been accompanied by an Otter Box Case. I've broken some clips, and been happy to get a new case in the mail in a few days. I've never been the slightest bit unhappy until this latest case for my LG G4. The screen protector seems to make it hard to touch the screen. When I slide to unlock, sometimes it loses the touch halfway through. Other than this annoyance I'm happy. The first day I had my new case, I dropped my phone on concrete, and the phone was completely undamaged.

I have used the Otter box Defender for several years now. It is high quality product that i will continue to use on my mobile devices. I recently had to order a case for my new LG4 as my local retailer was out. Delivery was prompt but i would not use my new phone till i had my case to protect my investment. Thank you Otter Box.
