Was great for the first year...

I bought this speaker in August of 2015. It really surprised me on how much sound came out of this little thing, as sell as the sound quality. Everything went well until a little bit past a year of owning it. Then it would only be able to playback for 2 hours and the charge would take over 3 hours, now it takes over 5 hours for a full charge and only lasts for 1 hour. Sort of disappointed in its short lifespan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Totally broken after 1.5 years

I loved the speak at the first sound! And I bought it in Dec 2015. It has been my great company. Great sound quality. Durable battery.
However, at the beginning of this year, there appeared some weird symptoms. The volume was automatically turned down several time. Occasionally, it produced a popping sound and then stopped the music totally.
And now, it is not delivering the music at all. All I could hear is the crackling noise, on and off, on and off.
Sony, it's really disappointing!

Great While It Lasted

As some of the other reviews have stated, it does great starting off and will start its decline within the first year. I've had mine 1 year and 2 months. It started dropping sound and charging light blinking not even after a full song with a full charge. I did however love the crisp sound in the beginning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't connect to my PC

I can't connect to my laptop, Windows 7 OS via bluetooth. Connection always fail every time I tried to connect.
But I can connect to my Xperia Z2 phone.

Sound quality is great, however, the battery life doesn't seem to live up to the claimed 7 hours. Not to mention the 30 step volume drops off to 15 after only a couple hours of use.

Hello, the time can vary depending on the conditions of use, we will make sure pass this feedback to the proper department for future reference. as per the volume issue you have mentioned according to the specifications when you use the speaker at a loud volume for a long time, the battery may run low even if the speaker is connected to an AC outlet. As a result, sound becomes low. This is not a malfunction. Turn off the speaker and charge the battery to its full capacity.

Speakers die after 4 hours of light use, was not expecting such low usage. Called Sony multiple times but couldn't resolve my issue terrible service.

I purchased this speaker so I could play tunes from my iPod and the sound was rich and the features impressive. My brother received a Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker for Christmas and he played music from his iPod and the sound quality of the Sony speaker was superior to the Bose speaker. I love the sound and the quality of the product. I have been buying Sony products for many years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of any product I have purchased.
