I purchased the slim jewel cases for easy storage of CDs and DVDs I make at home and for shipping the same in safe condition. Because they are slim, they do have a tendency to break if handled roughly or dropped, but they more than suffice if used correctly. The different color cases are Good to easily identify different types of material on each disk.

I was using these to return to cases for my CD's from using the big CD books which I'd been using. These CD cases are adequate for this purpose, but are a little thin to put the CD and the thicker CD books which came with the CD, so often I had to tear off the cover and only use that. Since I don't really use the CD book/lyrics etc., it's okay, but it would have been nicer had they been a little thicker to fit in the entire accompanying notes with the CD's. I know, these cases are designed for computer CD's, so that's why they're thin. Not bad if used for computer information, if people are still using CD R/W discs.
