I had always wanted a KitchenAid and finally my dream machine. I got the pasta attachment with mine plus I purchased the mincer and citrus juicer. What can I say! This has a pride place on my bench and I use it every day. I have made cookies, cakes and pastries. Great for making pizza dough with the big hook. The pieces are so easy to clean. I also purchased the 'edge beater" thingy which is great to get right to the edges and I dont have to scrape anymore. The pasta set I thought I would give a go and never use it again. WRONG.....I make pasta nearly every day. spaghetti is our favourite. It's not so messy like I thought although you need a big bench to do it all. I have a perfect space for that and I don't have to really move the mixer cause its where I use it. The mincer is wonderful. No longer do I worry whats in the mince or burgers. I mince vegetable with the meat and made awesome hamburgers and meatballs for my spaghetti. If you wanted one of these then just go ahead and stretch your finances cause I just think of all the years I could have been using this gorgeous machine. Every part is so user friendly. My grandson loved making his own fresh orange juice and was so easy. No big messy juicers to clean. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Not for the cupboard dweller cause this mother is very heavy so clear your bench plus you will use it much more when its handy.

I wish I had bought a Kitchenaid years ago when I had my cupcake business. Used my mixer for the first time on the weekend and it works brilliant - cuts down time and energy and so easy to clean as well! Definitely a kitchen necessity that's for sure! (and extra kudos to Kitchenaid for making it work quiet without waking up my baby!)
