Wow. As a long term home cook, I am thoroughly amazed at the power and quality of the Kitchenaid stand mixer. Over the years, I have had several mixers, but none have matched My present Kitchenaid one. I am looking forward to getting attachments for Christmas and birthday presents. Love it.
