Dont bother with the Blizzard

After buying several different color iPhone 5 commuter series i have been able to see the color and fit of many of them. The fit was great for the night sky, punk, black and lava. On the glacier, dont even waste your money, they must have used a different mold. The grey rubber flares out above and below the white plastic in the front because the rubber doesn't fit correctly to begin with. The lava is much more red than orange (but at least it fits). i am very disappointed with the quality of the glacier but the others seem to be ok.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Investment

I personally love my Otterbox Commuter Series case for my iPhone 5. It has far exceeded my expectations and the only type of case I would get for any phone I own. I have had one phone and bought two cases so I can interchange my colors at my pleasing. The case overall is amazing and highly rated by me.
Pros: High quality, Durable, sleek, stylish

A couple of small issues

First and foremost this was a replacement for a previous case and Otter Box was awesome in addressing this. But, this commuter case for some reason never did fit right from the beginning. The tabs underneath never stayed closed which isn't the end of the world but annoying at times. It has cracked on the back from the opening for the Apple logo to the side but the case is still functional. These cases are designed well and do serve their purpose and my feelings are that perhaps I received one that should not have passed through quality control.
Pros: Durable
Cons: quality control an issue maybe

Great protection but....

I was so happy when my custom otterbox arrived. The purple is a little lighter than in the picture but I still loved the look of it. I know my phone is protected and its not as bulky as the other otterbox cases. However within 3 days, I noticed the bottom edges of the silicone part beginning to show dirt. This is very disheartening since I work in an office and my phone is not in any dirty areas, just normal everyday life. If I knew the case was going to get so dirty so easily, I either would have picked a darker color or even a different case altogether.
Pros: Durable
Cons: picks up dirt easy

Very Protective!

First of all, I'm a klutz when it comes to phones, so this case has been much appreciated. The case I ordered is the aqua/mineral blue and is very strong. I can trust myself to throw my phone into my bag without any worries.
My only problem with the case is that the rubber started to peel after two weeks of use. The cover for the charging port also doesn't close all the way, and is starting to break off, yet I didn't have this problem with the purple and black case I ordered almost a year ago.

Otherwise, this is a great case and I haven't had any major issues with it. I'd highly recommend it if you need something that provides great protection.

I love my Otterbox case! I purchased the Commuter series case for my new iPhone 5s a couple of weeks before the iPhone 5s was available to order. I love the option of choosing the colors for the inner silicone layer of the case and the outer hard protective case. I chose pink for the outer hard case and white for the inner silicone layer. The case is very stylish and looks awesome on my beautiful silver iPhone 5s. My boyfriend had the Commuter series Otterbox case for his iPhone 5, and he's dropped his phone a few times, and the phone is still intact. Excellent job, Otterbox, for offering a wonderful product that is very durable and so nice looking. Great job, too, on the follow-up emails after my purchase to make me feel appreciated and get my feedback. After ordering and using your product, I have a lot of confidence in your company. Keep up the good work! :)

This is the third Otter box phone case I have purchased.
All of them have broken and had to be replaced under warranty. I hate the idea that I have to be a photographer and email wizard to do the warranty claim.

World's Toughest Case and Excellent Cust. Support

OtterBox should be awarded the title for America’s Greatest and Most Honest Company.
My family and I have been using OtterBox cases for our androids, iPhones, and iPads for many many, many years. OtterBox is the greatest case which holds up to anything . OtterBox has never ever failed me. We have dropped our phones and even my iPad multiple times with absolutely NO damage to the devices.

He solved my problems immediately. OtterBox shipped me a new iPhone 5 case right away. OtterBox staff is very well trained and gives its customers top priority.
Where in this this world would you find a company that provides such extremely high level of customer support right from their offices in Colorado, United States of America?
If you buy any other case, you will never be able to call the manufacturer. Even if you do get lucky enough to get in touch with the manufacturer, you will never be able to speak to a live person. Even if you are able to speak to a live person, he/she will NEVER help you.
