Can't press power button/ sleep wake

I don't like this case, I much prefer the defender. This case slips out of my hands and the sleep wake button is almost impossible to press.
Cons: buttons are hard to press
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it but it gets dirty

I got the light gray slipcover. I hate the color. It shows every bit of dirt and none of it EVER comes off. I love the design and the protection, but I will be purchasing the black slipcover so it will not show the dirt.
Pros: Durable
Cons: retains dirt

Highly recommend Otter Box! Fit my phone perfectly & easy to install. Looks great & not bulky at all! Customer service was awesome! Let me change my order at the last minute when I figured out I had accidentally ordered the wrong color. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase! May cost a little more but was very much worth it. I have the peace of mind knowing my phone is protected without sacrificing on looks and style.

breaks so easy!

I've broken two shells in as many months, not once because of a drop!
The first break came when I was taking the brittle shell off. It snapped right through the middle - and trust me, I'm no Hulk. And I removed the charger from its port today and snapped a piece of plastic near the bottom in two! I'd understand if a case broke during a drop, but regular wear and tear shouldn't be this damaging.
Break on me once, shame on you. Break on me twice, shame on me!
I won't be replacing this case with another Otter Box product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Completely understand when you say that you won’t be replacing the case with an OtterBox, but we sure would like to! Please feel free to give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we’ll be more than happy to set you up with a warranty replacement case that hopefully even The Hulk himself couldn't tear apart!

if i'm being nit picky i wish the little flaps for the headphone and charge ports were flush to the case. they stick out just a little which drives me kinda nuts. But honestly overall i love the case!
