The case was awesome at first, but do not buy the light pink colour if you plan on ever wearing jeans... I put it in my jean pocket once and it stained permanently the second day of having It, which is weird since the white outer shell didn't stain. Overall the case has protected my phone well so far

I bought this a month ago and the top layer already cracked and this case is so dirty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although this is understandably disappointing all is not lost as we can easily replace your damaged case through our warranty! Simply give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we will be happy to get a warranty replacement arranged. For future reference we find that our cases clean up well with mild soap and water (never with abrasive or corrosive cleaners that may damage the case).
