About two days ago, I ordered this case. Today, I tried taking the case off, since my phone doesn't fit with the case on in the docking station. As I was taking this off, the plastic actually snapped in half. The case is very difficult to take on and off. I know one of my close friends who purchased this case and when her phone was dropped, the phone broke inside of the case. Very poor quality.
Pros: terrible
Cons: Low quality, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Okay Case

I have had this case for 6 months and I am getting bored of it. My friends have the lifeproof and we recently used them in the pool. It made me jealous of how I couldn't use this case in the water. My case is the grey/white one. Whenever i put it in the back pocket of my jeans or shorts, the color of my jeans rub off onto the case. The sides of the case dont fit correctly to my phone. Part of the case has peeled off. The only positive thing I can say about this is it protects the phone when you drop it (on dry land)
Pros: protects phone
Cons: Low quality

Take it back to CAD Otter

Before considering this model I looked at a lot of other options, but in the past I've always had OtterBox products on my devices and for the most part, have always been well satisfied. The iPhone 5C has been particularly difficult to shop for because I did want to lose the beauty of design, or the functionality of the phone. And unfortunately this OtterBox deprives me of both.
I do like the security that I get from knowing my phone is secure in the case, but the rubber casing is ill fitted and when placed in the hard shell you lose control of the volume control. There is also a bit of a battle to get your thunderbolt cord plugged in with one hand and if you have a decent audio cord, you have the same issue.
If looking for security, this is your case. It even comes with a screen cover. But, if you want a case that allows you ease of access to the ports and controls, keep looking.
Take it back to CAD OtterBox. If you're going to sell products for 5C make sure it's designed for the 5C.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Low quality, does not fit well, lose control of functions

This Case Breaks Easily

This case has wonderful protection but I have had it for one month and the case's hard plastic breaks very easily. This case is great if you only want it for two months.

Color choices

The red is not a real true red----I was disappointed in that. It's more orange looking in the sun and I don't care for the color orange much at all.
