GREAT CASE! Just don't choose white...

I've had this case on my phone for about a year now and it has saved me from several drops (pavement, tile floor, down the stairs, you name it). The case barely shows any damage and my phone looks new still, however, DO NOT get the white rubber! Dirt attaches to it like crazy and if you try to wash it, the rubber just peels away. Also, you should take the case off every few weeks and fully clean it out- some dirt does get in between the cracks, but that's hard to prevent. Overall it's been an awesome purchase and worth the money!

Cons: white rubber looks dirty

My daughter had an otter box for her phone but the outer cover broke after a couple of months (and falls). So I bought this as a replacement for the broken one and was happy that I could save money by only buying the outer part. The inner shell was still in good condition and I did not want to waste it.
Outer shell fits perfectly, and has already survived a couple of drops. Glad, that my daughters phone is well protected.

I have purchased a couple of these phone coves and Otterbox should make couple of design changes. I love the soft silicone but around the bottom where all the ports are should be some type of hard material because the cover doesn't want to stay snapped in place. Otherwise I could have given 5 stars.

Love the protection my iPhone receives from my Otter Box. I spend lots of time in the barn and drop my phone regularly on the cement floor. Love the wide range of colors available to choose from as well!!
If I have a negative to say about the Otter Box, I would recommend having the outer portion of the cover to be a little more pliable.....especially at the bottom area where the pieces are thinner around the speakers and charger. This is where my first Otter Box broke and so did many of my friends Otter Boxes :(
Overall, I'm pleased with my Otter Box

Cons: Not durable

The defender case from Otter Box is a great buy! I am always dropping my phone, so I needed something durable, and I definitely got what I needed. I've already dropped it many times, yet I could always count on the case to keep it safe. Not only are there stylish color options but it's also a great way to protect your phone!
