Good product, I would recommend to my friends.
But for the money, this is expensive, it's 20% of the cost of the phone it is protecting, the finish of the plastic outer case is not good. The first one I received had a sharp edge on the top that rested against your ear when using the phone. I warrantied that and they sent a new on. Fortunately the edge by my ear is no longer sharp but the bottom edge and both left and right edges are sharp.
These current sharp edges no long affect the usability of the case but I expect perfection for this price.
I work for a tier on supplier in the automotive industry and we would not be allowed to deliver plastic products with fit and finish quality like this.

I love my new i phone 5 and wanted to protect it. The otterbox looks sleek and sharp yet provides awesome protection. I did have a problem with the outer hard case corner splitting but had absolutely no problems with exchanging the outer case for a new one. I would recommend this product for those who want a good product backed by a great company.

Otterbox is great, it offers my phone amazing protection. I am a person that is always dropping phones or put a ton of books on top of it. With otterbox my phone is 100% protected and I no longer have mini heart attacks when I drop it.

I have dropped, hit, smashed, crushed, knocked and roughed up my phone, more times than I can count. I am always so relieved to see my phone survive the abuse I give it, thanks entirely to my otterbox. Would never consider not using it!
