I have always had an otterbox for my phone and I absolutely love the protection they offer. they are a little bulky, but i think it's more than worth it! i have dropped my phone multiple times and no cracks or scratches whatsoever.
the only downfall is that it is not designed to be taken on and off often, which i do because I put it into an armband when I work out. this caused the hard outshell to crack, but still completely functional.
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: not easy to take on and off

I like this case a lot. It absorbs shock and fits snug on the phone and with the hard outer shell. Only problem is I've had this case for less than two weeks and the rubber cover over the power on/off button has already begun to disintegrate as have the corners. Don't see this phone case lasting very long.
Cons: Not durable

I chose this along with the gunmetal grey slipcover. I love it for the protection I will have for my new iPhone 5s. I know, because I have had one on my iPhone 4 for a long time and it still looks like a new phone! Yes, it has fallen a few times but it had protection! The option to create your own color design is fun. I can find my phone easily in my purse. You will love having one.

Let me preface by saying I'd previously bought a Commuter for my 4S directly from OtterBox, and it was the best case I've ever had. I bought an "OtterBox Commuter" for what I thought was a really good price off a certain gigantic online auction site (rhymes with 'fee-pay') for my 5, and was very disappointed in the quality. A plastic piece near the charge port broke, and the back scratched very easily. Turns out it was a knock-off. Buy direct here or at your cellular store. There is a huge difference in quality between the real deal and a knock-off case.
Anyway....perfect fit, finish, and your choice of color scheme. I bought the silicone inside cover along with the hard plastic outside piece, because obviously.
Everything is in the right place and there is definitely ample protection here. Not too bulky and slick enough to go in/out of your jeans pocket. The power button is firm but not too hard to push.
Also, the hard plastic outer shell has a hard, textured finish that won't scratch unless you really, really try.
Pros: High quality, Durable, looks good, not too bulky

The case fits the phone perfectly. Only issue is the ends have a tendancy of breaking very easily. I would look at building the cases out of a different material. (more flexible).
Cons: Not durable

I purchased the APPLE COMMUTER IPHONE 5/5S case when I upgraded to a iPhone. If it wasn't for this case I would have smashed my screen in the first week. At one point the bottom of my case did break where you connect the charger but I went onto the website and completed the warranty forms and my new case arrived in days. It was super easy to do and so hassle free! I wish more companies stood behind their product like Otter Box!
