I love Otterbox but I have to say the new inner slip covers for the iPhone 5s are not up to par. I had one for my iPhone 4 and it was wonderful. The new slip covers are made from a different type of material and I noticed they pick up lots more dirt and when you go to wipe them they start to rub apart. I am sending mine back as it is just not working with my new phone. Suggestion to go back to what you had before - it was a great product.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

This shell is a great product. I just upgraded to the iPhone 5s and got a new otter box. The last one protected my old iPhone through everything, but it didn't seem to fit the phone perfectly. This new case seems to be an extension of the phone itself. I could not ask for a more secure product, that is also light and easy to get it and out of my pocket.

The slipcover is very sleek and fits the phone very well. I am really happy with the new material in terms of flexiblity (it isn't really, so it keeps its shape). But, it seems to be more sensitive to my day-to-day activity and is already rubbing off at certain areas. The case, otherwise, is perfect!

The slip cover for the Commuter iPhone case does a good job of protecting the phone. I would not buy it in white again since it shows dirt after only a few days. Also, the on/off switch on the top of the phone is hard to depress. The whole cover is a little bulky but for the amount of protection it offers it is a good trade-off.
