Had black commuter cover on my 4S. Provides nice protection without being too bulky. White slipcover does tend to turn blue over time from sliding in and out of jeans pocket. Overall good case with good protection.

Blue plastic commuter shell adds nice color and fits phone perfectly. On my 4S, the plastic shell cracked at the bottom (I assume it caught my pocket coming out). Overall I like the plastic shell on the commuter series a lot as it allows the phone to slide in and out of pockets easily and provides good protection. The 3GS commuter cases we had were all perfect!

Bought this on recommendation from family member, and I like the size and fit. The case seems to be solid enough to protect my iPhone well. Unfortunately, after having it for about 9 months, I noticed a complete crack in the bottom of the case adjacent to the plug-in for the charger. I was surprised because I'm not hard on my phone, and I keep it in well-protected places when carrying it. Qualitiy of the case is good, but it didn't seem as durable as I expected.
I went to the store where I purchased the case and learned that I should go the the Otterbox web site and follow instructions to submit a Warranty Claim. I did so and got a response right away. I received a replacement Otterbox within a few days, and am pleased with how this was handled. I'd recommend Otterbox to others, in large part because of the efficiency with which my claim was handled.

I cracked the bottom of my otterbox and although I wasn't happy it broke, I was very impressed with how easily and quickly I received a new case for free under warranty. No receipt needed; just a couple pictures and an email, and within a couple days I had a new case shipped to me. Happy customer.

OtterBox should be awarded the title for America’s Greatest and Most Honest Company.
My family and I have been using OtterBox cases for our androids, iPhones, and iPads for many many, many years. OtterBox is the greatest case which holds up to anything . OtterBox has never ever failed me. We have dropped our phones and even my iPad multiple times with absolutely NO damage to the devices.

I called OtterBox and within minutes I was able to speak to a US-based, English-speaking customer service representative. The representative was extremely polite and professional. He solved my problems immediately. OtterBox shipped me a new iPhone 5 case right away. OtterBox staff is very well trained and gives its customers top priority.
Where in this this world would you find a company that provides such extremely high level of customer support right from their offices in Colorado, United States of America?
If you buy any other case, you will never be able to call the manufacturer. Even if you do get lucky enough to get in touch with the manufacturer, you will never be able to speak to a live person. Even if you are able to speak to a live person, he/she will NEVER help you.
