I purchased the otter box commuter for a BB Torch very good product protected the phone from many drops. Only issue slide skin broke all the time. Service at most companies would likely have lost my business and I wouldn't have purchased again. Otterbox replaced it straight away barley had too wait. The representatives were knowledgeable easy to talk to. I now have an Iphone 5 protected with an otterbox. Same great product same great service.

The quality and construction of the case makes it impossible to put on stand up chargers, and difficult to take the case off to do so. However I'd rather have it water tight, than easy to pop off. Inconvenience but a minor one

I originally purchased the lime green commuter case in February. I got a ton of compliments on it, but a few months later, the rubber part ripped. I didn't really think anything of it until someone told me to check the warranty. I submitted a claim online and OtterBox shipped me a new one ASAP! It was great.

Overall I am pleased with case, however, the protective screen portion should be part of case instead of sticky backed sheet provided. Other Otter models have built in non-sticky type screen protector.

I bought this case for my iphone. Love it! Slender enough to fit in my pants pockets. The iphone with case on has been dropped a couple of times and was protected very well on the corners. My son had a case that was $10 cheaper-different brand, his iphone dropped and the case broke! He immediatley asked me to buy him an otter box like mine!
