Love the product and protection. Have dropped my phone many times. It has never been broken and My phone looks brand new.
Product looks very dirty and cannot clean it. The white under the pink turned dingy very quickly. It will not clean. I have even tried magic erasers, which clean everything.
Love the product..... Would stay away from the white inside soft part!!!
Pros: High quality, Durable
Cons: the white under the pink gets dirty quick, hard to clean

Every one knows that Otter is the best, so let's talk about service. A small part on the case broke. A couple of simple no hassle clicks on my desktop and a replacement was in the mail. No problems, no argument. Now THAT'S service!

Got an Otterbox Commuter for my iPhone 5 about a year ago. The thing held up like a champ after a year! That's pretty good for me. I noticed a crack and eventually a break on the bottom of the pastil casing. After hearing from a friend that Otterbox warranties their product, I contacted them and they sent me a brand new one. I will never go with another case again!!

Small, light, protects. However, the small plastic at the bottom can break. Doesn't really affect anything. Took mine out of the case after two years and it looked brand new.

Don't buy the white color; it gets dirty gray fast

Hey, I'm a clean person but hand creams, newsprint, pollution all have contributed to turning my once pristine white Otterbox into a dirty gray looking. Also the buttons on the side and top are hard to push in so I end up using the disk in the lower center to power on.
Cons: buttons difficult to push, white turned gray way too fast

This is a pretty basic plastic outside cover. Its strong and durable and mostly smooth in the hand but there is a sharp plastic edge on the front side that hits your ear when you're talking on the phone. You don't really notice it unless you've got your phone to your ear and you feel this rough plastic edge scratching your ear.

I ordered this Commuter series case because I had one already that has protected my iPhone5 extremely well but wanted my Seahawks colors instead of boring black. I have Otters for my two sons as well and they protect like crazy. My 8 year old has dropped and thrown his a few times and zero damage - very impressed with the product
