The silicon case is horrible, it gets dirty really really easily. I got the pink and white case, so on the first day, i put my phone in my jeans and i took it out and it turned totally blue. Then by the 2nd week the rubber got all scratched up. I do not recommend this to anyone.
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

I switched from an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5. I have a plug adapter that I can plug my old iPhone 4 plug into before inserting into my iPhone 5.
The hole in the hard plastic of the otterbox is not large enough to accommodate this adapter. I have to remove the otterbox to fit the plug in.
After taking the otterbox on and off multiple times, the plastic weakened and broke. Fortunately, the company sent me a new one. Previously, I had not known about their complementary replacement. I had purchased a few otterboxes in the past that probably could have been free.
Pros: High quality
Cons: Not durable

Very much liked the protection (hardshell and rubber lining) that the Commuter case provides, without making the phone feel bulky. Ran into an issue with the hard shell developing a crack. Notified Otter of the situation and they sent me a new hardshell - They make solid products and stand fully behind them! Thanks!

The case is good and does protect the phone quiet well, the problem is it restricts connection to my Bose I Phone Dock and also my car charger, as a result it becomes inconvenient carging the phone as I have to take off the otter box to use these devices!
Cons: Not durable, restricts usage of accesories, inconvenient
