I don't have too much to say about the product itself, but don't get the white! I've had mine for a week and it's now gray and looks dirty and disgusting. Haven't been successful cleaning it to make it look new again.

The case itself is wonderful, and I certainly enjoy the colours. The down side is the screen protector. It didn't stay on very well and became a mess. I went to take the hardcase off to replace the screen protector, that's when the hard case cracked. My sons said to check out the warranty since I'd had the case less than 6 months. Well Otter makes life stress free - almost! The process was effortless and before I knew it I received an email saying the new hard case was on the way. I never complained about the screen protector. My son said his friends don't like the Otter screen protectors and change them out. Anyway, I would recommend Otter products, I feel pleased and am reminded every time I use my cheery phone!

I've had my commuter for just over a year, and it's protected my phone exactly the way it should. The case is scratched and I managed to crack the piece under the home button (dropping it off a moving ATV on a frozen lake), but without this case my phone would be dead. It fits well in a pocket and doesn't get stuck like the rubber cases do. All the buttons work easily through the case too. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a case that will protect their phone without being too bulky and requiring a belt clip.
Pros: High quality, Durable, buttons all still work easily
Cons: will not withstand extreme abuse in extreme cold

I was very pleased at first with the white slipcover. However, after only a few days, it looks very dingy and dirty. I am a very clean person, and only put my phone in common areas (pocket, desk, nightstand) and the white slipcover has begun to look brownish/black. I am going to purchase a darker cover slipcover instead.
