The slip cover is a great value add as it is a phenomenal shock absorber. However, it gets discolored very easily and is impossible to restore (to my knowledge).
Pros: easy to install

My iPhone 5 case broke at the charging port (I don't know why or how) the phone remained safe so no harm no foul. Otter replaced the shell at no cost, good for them. I wish the charging port was a bit longer so the after market adapters would fit without taking the case off.
