Love the case; love the OB support. Had a problem about six months after purchasing when I removed the outer case and a piece broke off. I was so disappointed and this was my first experience with OB support: they replaced the part quickly and I'm back to perfect iPhone protection.
The on/off tab is the only "con" in that it is hard to press and takes some effort. Other than that, I'm very happy with it. When I first purchased, I thought it was pricey. Ask me now if I think it is pricey: NO! You get what you pay for and I paid for quality and they stand by their product. This is not an overinflated or exaggerated endorsement; I simply love quality and I love this case! Over.

I love otterbox products and this one was no different in the beginning. The skin is very nice, the fit is perfectly...HOWEVER, I'd reconsider if you are planing to purchase the white skin...it's pretty much unusable in short order because the corners are dirty and worn :(

This product is amazing. Its sleek design makes the product very easy to get out of those pesky jean pockets and otter box has managed to make it small enough for practical everyday use. Also, the customer service is amazing, I can honestly say that I have never experienced such great CS with any other company. I recommend otter box to EVERYONE. Couldn't be any happier

When I bought the iPhone I immediately bought an Otter. I'm runner and tend to be a "dropper" in my every day life, so it was a must for me. Close to a year later I must have dropped it one time too many because the case cracked but my phone didn't. I was told that Otter replaces broken cases so I went to the website. It was a great experience & they sent me my replacement with no hassle. I'm a die hard customer, now.

The plastic shell for the iPhone 5/5S Commuter Series Case is the perfect fit for my IPhone 5S. I purchased the gunmetal grey color slipcover with the aqua blue plastic shell and the combination of colors is pefect. The quality of the final product is even better in person. It is super light and the hard sheell protects the phone from any damage. I recommend it. I love it!!!
