I have to take off my case in order to use my ihome because for some reason the case does not work well with them at all. and they broke by the simplies of things, i broke my first one simply while not having it on the phone and just kind of looking at it to see why it wouldn't work with my ihome, and the second i was taking it off no more than two days after getting it simply by taking it off of my phone. it seems to protect the phone, but they snap so easily i don't know how they do it. i haven't sent the second one it simply because i have not had the time.
Pros: protects the phone despite quality and durability
Cons: Low quality, Not durable

I bought this plastic shell with the slip cover in hot pink. It was a great product, always protecting my phone until about 6 months of use. It had a small crack in it, but i left it. 2 months later, the crack became bigger and cracked all the way through. the company handles the situation very well. I sent them the pictures online and within a week, a new plastic shell came. overall the company has a great policy but i want something that won't break or get damaged.

Cons: Not durable

I do love the protection I get. This is the 4th phone I have kept in an otterbox. This one I found the bottom does break however you still get the protection. My sister has the same one with the same problem. Good news is otterbox is super fast to help they have the very best customer service

I have a 5s and considering that the defender for this model just has a open hole for the fingerprint sensor I thought I'd try this out and by far I can't complain I've dropped my phone several times and the only damage was to the case which still protected my phone till otterbox replaced it

Great company that back's it's product. I needed to replace my outer plastic case and the website online made the directions to file a claim so simple that I filed my claim in the evening and had conformation of my warranty claim being accepted in the morning and 2 days later I had my replacement case in hand.
