I have sent this case back three times because it keeps cracking. Otterbox is good about replacing it but its a pain!

Great product, the only reason I did not give it an excellent across the board is because the way it fits, the case makes the protective cover/slip come up on the corners and causes it to bubble and get dirt underneath the corners, but other than that it is an amazing product.

My 5 year old is obsessed with my iPhone. After almost a year of having this case on, it protected the phone well through many bumps and bruises. It also looks like it had been through World War 3. Luckily, I had it replaced through Otterbox's wonderful warrenty and makes this product well worth the buy.

I first have to say I love Otterbox and the Commuter Series. I had an otterbox for my old blackberry and still have it for my iphone. I love the commuter because its not too big or bulky but I know if I drop my phone it is safe. I have dropped my phone multiple times and this case has taken a beating.
Recently noticed that the outer plastic shell had a large crack along the upper right corner looking at the back of the phone, across to the opening for the camera . I went online, filled out the warranty form, took a picture as instructed and within minutes received an email regarding the claim. The NEXT DAY I received an email stating my warranty was processed and my replacement item will be shipped.

This is the second time I've had my case crack (my blackberry case cracked after almost two years) and otterbox replaced the parts. No hassle, no runaround. Just a stand up company standing by its product, and standing by its policies. I will ALWAYS have an otterbox on my phone.
