I like my new OtterBox case, the only issue I have with it, is that my adapter to my aux cord in my car does not fit with the case on my phone. Other than that, there are no issue with the product!

Got my otterbox Commuter Series and it is a really good case. Would be better if the lightning connector cover actually remained in place, I admit it annoys me a little bit... Overall: price is excellent, delivery was fast and the case is really nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has kept my phone safe - Minor problems

I have had no problems with this case's actual functionality. I've had this case since the day I received my phone in the mail. I've dropped my phone from small distances now and again, nothing severe. The case has protected it every time.
My only complaints have to do with the bottom of the case where the headphones and chargers plug in. Some headphones actually cannot plug into the bottom because it is so thick, so be careful of that. Also, the flap that opens for the charger never goes back into place properly, which does annoy me a bit. These problems were, of course, there since day one.
And lastly, although I have had this phone case for a long time, (so keep that in mind!) the bottom hard part of the case broke in half before falling off entirely from the left side. It's true that I have had this case for two years before this happened, so this is really not a big problem.
Now that my case is nice and old, i might go ahead and buy a replacement, or I may try my luck elsewhere.

I've been wanting an Otter Box for a long time and was anxious to custom make mine online when I got my new phone. It was fun choosing the colors, though they weren't accurate to what was on my computer screen.
I've had my Otter Box for about 3 weeks and already it is showing significant wear around the edges. It's almost as if a layer of it is shedding. Very weird. I'm going to try to return it because this is not suppose to happen, especially so quickly.

On my third case in less than 2 years for this phone. My phone is still doing great, so it would be a little disingenuous to say the case is terrible. However, for the price, it would be cool if I didn't have to replace it every 8 to 10 months. I would say compared to most people, I am a light abuser. Other friends of mine that have owned this case have had similar durability issues.
What has held up really well is the screen protector. Also, the nice thing about the shell material is that it doesn't want to grab all of your stuff out of your pocket.
So - I wouldn't glowingly recommend it or strongly dissuade someone from purchasing one.

The Otterbox is great, seems nice and sturdy, not too much of a burden (still easy to text, switch the volume on/off, lock it, charge it, etc.) But they use Sure Post which is the most horrible shipping method. Took over 3 weeks to get my product.
Companies need to stop using Sure Post!
