I love my Otterbox case! I purchased the Commuter series case for my new iPhone 5s a couple of weeks before the iPhone 5s was available to order. I love the option of choosing the colors for the inner silicone layer of the case and the outer hard protective case. I chose pink for the outer hard case and white for the inner silicone layer. The case is very stylish and looks awesome on my beautiful silver iPhone 5s. My boyfriend had the Commuter series Otterbox case for his iPhone 5, and he's dropped his phone a few times, and the phone is still intact. Excellent job, Otterbox, for offering a wonderful product that is very durable and so nice looking. Great job, too, on the follow-up emails after my purchase to make me feel appreciated and get my feedback. After ordering and using your product, I have a lot of confidence in your company. Keep up the good work! :)

This is the third Otter box phone case I have purchased.
All of them have broken and had to be replaced under warranty. I hate the idea that I have to be a photographer and email wizard to do the warranty claim.

World's Toughest Case and Excellent Cust. Support

OtterBox should be awarded the title for America’s Greatest and Most Honest Company.
My family and I have been using OtterBox cases for our androids, iPhones, and iPads for many many, many years. OtterBox is the greatest case which holds up to anything . OtterBox has never ever failed me. We have dropped our phones and even my iPad multiple times with absolutely NO damage to the devices.

OtterBox is the most honest company on planet earth. I had a minor issue with my iPhone 5 case.
I called OtterBox and within minutes I was able to speak to a US-based, English-speaking customer service representative. The representative was extremely polite and professional. He solved my problems immediately. OtterBox shipped me a new iPhone 5 case right away. OtterBox staff is very well trained and gives its customers top priority.
Where in this this world would you find a company that provides such extremely high level of customer support right from their offices in Colorado, United States of America?
If you buy any other case, you will never be able to call the manufacturer. Even if you do get lucky enough to get in touch with the manufacturer, you will never be able to speak to a live person. Even if you are able to speak to a live person, he/she will NEVER help you.

Overall a very good product. Only downside I have seen so far: The thin run of plastic along the bottom front of the phone ripped fairly easily. This also happened to a friend's case.

Absolutely the best case I have ever had. I am quite clumsy, i have shattered the screen before on phones with other cases. I must drop my phone daily. When i got the iPhone 5 for Christmas, I knew i the screen spider cracked quite easily. I asked around and heard Otter Box a few times. I went to check them out and was very pleased. I got the blue and white. I have dropped my phone so many times and the otter box has hold up! The warranty Otter Box offers is amazing! They say if anything happens to your otter box they will replace it no questions asked, all you have to do is send them a pic of your case with thee damage and fill out a claim. After dropping my phone daily for 8 months, the very bottom of the case broke, right below the iPhone home button. I filed a claim and sent in the pictures, the next day i got an email saying they had shipped out a new case for me. I will never have another case other than an Otter Box.

This is a great product. I have dropped my phone several times and my Otterbox Commuter case has protected it. The only drawback i see to this case is the opening to the headphone jack. I have an adapter that plugs in to allow using my cars speakers to play music. The adapter does not work with this case as it did with my iPhone4 case.
Pros: High quality, Durable, easy to slide in and out of pockets
Cons: headphone jack space is too small
