Too much money for a product that gave me no different than a MUCH cheaper product would have done.
Not a good fit. Buttons rarely work on first try. On and off button forget it if you do not have nails. Yes, I ordered correct size.

Colors a little off, screen has bubbles.

I recently got this phone case and I love it! Although it comes with a film that you put on the open glass, when you first put it on and smooth it out, it takes forever, after about 3 weeks all the air bubbles got out which can be annoying if your watching a video or playing games. Also its really sticky, but a week of use will be good. Overall it covers all of the edges and the ports, the volume and power buttons are always stiff with a new case. I got the shell color in Bahama Blue and the picture on the computer makes it look light blue, when in reality it looks a little green mint color but still blue. The slip color cover I got was Whetstone Blue, it looks a little darkish blue on the screen, but it is stone cold gray. The colors match really well though and I would recommend it!

I had the Defender case for a while and found it very difficult to remove the plastic case around the phone. So I switched to the Commuter case. It is definitely easier to remove this case.
I have 2 problems with this case:
1. The power cover and earphone jack cover at the bottom of this case do not close properly and are not flush with the case when attempting to close them (see picture). On my Defender case, these covers were flush and closed properly.
2. The button on the top right of the case used on my iPhone to close the screen is very hard to push. Again, the Defender case I had was not like this and it was easy to push this button.
In summary, I don't like these 2 aspects of the case. I am disappointed with this case and probably won't buy another Otter product.

My first experience with a case. The product description was confusing. After speaking with other phone users, I learned that both the outter shell would not fit without the inner one. When arrived I could figure out how to put both shells on without instructions but the little instruction paper with four pics, was not very helpful to me.

Dropped my phone 1000 times & it's still like new

I'm so glad that OtterBox came out with the Commuter series. The Defender series is a bit too bulky for me, so the Commuter was perfect! I've dropped it so many times, and it hasn't broken. I've had it for about 2 years and now I'm purchasing another OtterBox for my new phone. I will always recommend OtterBox, because it truly is the bomb diggity!

The best case on the market

I have been using this case for 2.5 years and has been tested by me for drops,( min. 200 times), fallen over 15 feet on to concrete and rocks phone is perfectly safe every time. I won't ever consider a different brand of case. This case fits in pockets easily as well. I love that it is not a big bulky object.
