Hello, I love your products and have tonnes of them for all my devices. I appreciate your service and received my plastic soft case but it does not match up with my hard protective case. They are not compatible and I have to open the part where I charge the phone "often" with a butter knife as it is impossible to pen by hand. I am worried about damaging my iPhone 5.

The white rubber turns grey around the edges.
After only a week of use the white rubber looks terrible. Cleaning is going to be a pain in the but because you will have to remove it from the phone to get it clean. Not recommended. I would go with the grey. The rest of the case and the overall design are perfect!

I purchased a Commuter series case and it cracked within a week (when I was removing it from the rubber skin). Its a great design and does a good job protecting but its difficult to attach the plastic case to the rubber skin... you almost have to force. Given the relatively high cost, I was disappointed.
Cons: Low quality

I had a commuter case for my iPhone 4 and loved it. Bu I am disappointed with the commuter for my iPhone 5s. I thought they would be made with the same material. They're not. It seems Otterbox went with cheaper material. The slip cover is stiff and not as supple as the previous version. While the outer shell feels more plasticy. I counted on the exposed inner slipcover for grip but the new version is slick and the two together are hard to hold on to. Hopefully the case still protects well because it will be tested slipping out of my hand.

Cons: Low quality, slippery

I have bought two of these cases and have received two more replacements because the plastic broke. It has happened over and over and I was only taking the case off of my phone or pulling it out of my back pocket. I would suggest buying another case.

My first case cracked when it fell from a chair to the floor from less than a 2 foot drop. I reached out to OtterBox via the warranty process form the website and it was easy to file a claim and they quickly sent me a replacement. My only complaint with this product is the silicone insert. At the bottom of the phone the silicone insert is bunched up and sticks out of the bottom of the case. It is a rather poor design as there is nothing to hold it in place so it will always be loose and bunchy. I have stuffed it back under the plastic case but it looks terrible and is the only way to keep it from catching on everything.
Pros: easy to get on and off, does not leave wear marks on phone, great warranty
Cons: minor aesthetics, plastic cracked from short fall, silicon is loose inside case

The white looked awesome when I got it, but within an hour it was already gross. I feel like I just wasted too much money on the white rubber when clearly it couldn't last a day without turning grey/brown.
As far as the product itself goes, I love it. I previously had the grey rubber and that never got dirty. Just do yourself a favor and don't get white.
