I like the phone even though it took me almost a year for somebody to just happen to help me figure out how to use most of the functions sense the phone don't tell you. The one thing I do really HATE about the phone though, other than not coming with instructions telling you about all features and what the phone can do, is ; on every phone I had I was able to talk on the phone or use phone features while on the internet but on this phone I can't. If I'm working on the internet or using my hotspot and I get a phone call my connection is lost until i'm finished talking. I wish they would put an option on the phone so that no matter what company you're with you can still use the web while talking on the phone. Also,I have a small devise that I can plug it seams almost any phone to and watch movies on my TV except mine. Hopefully in the near future that'll change.
Pros: not too bulky, looks good
Cons: not able to use internet when talking on the phone, not able to use web when phone is ringing
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the design and size of the phone. The sound and screen is good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone, the look, the system, and performance!! I just wish we could have emojis in our contacts names and that it is easier to hang up on one call and switch to another without hanging up either.
I have had this phone for a year and the screen is all ready falling apart. I have not done anything to it. I ask the people to fix it and they said no. Dont get it but get it if you dont find the screen falling apart.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, screen falls apart
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great phone with great features. The only con I have so far---I have hade the phone for 4 days and the screen chipped and cracked. I didn't drop it, I think I may have sat it down to hard on my marble top counter, that's the only thing I can think that may have happened. I just think the glass is to fragile. My case is in the mail!
I upgraded from the S4 to the S6 and was happy with my decision.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a solid smartphone all around. The look and feel are great! The camera captures excellent photos and video, iPhone users are jealous when they see my photos compared to theirs, no need to carry the SLR camera around to events any longer. Good location of speaker and speed of processing. I have several email accounts I can manage on my phone. I only wished they would not have made this battery sealed and not allowed SD card memory, as this limits your ability to keep this phone charged or have to transfer files to allow operation. Very frustrating that I have to pay for a new phone because the battery becomes defective and wont charge or handle the applications. All my devices at home are Samsung product and my phone is the most critical for both work and home. There should be some loyalty program for Samsung users to be able to trade up for products that should have a longer life for the price paid.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, great features, good speaker, great display, ergonomics
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery lifetime, storage card sealed
I would recommend this to a friend!

Focused too much on the design and not on the hardware inside

The phone is beautiful, and I love the camera. Everything about it is sophisticated in general and the design is magnificent, but the hardware is lacking. My phone crashes unexpectedly all of the time (my apps, usually, which doesn't happen to an old smart phone I have that's a different brand), the battery runs out incredibly quick (I powered off my phone - I held the off button and manually shut it off - at 95%, and when I turned it back on it was at 75%, I had had it off for all of 30 minutes) and there is this weird glitch where it'll turn on and off continuously for sometimes up to 10 or 15 minutes (it's very weird and I can't do anything to stop it, and it happens often and completely unprovoked). I always have my phone on the lowest screen brightness, but now I have to keep it on low battery powered mode all of the time just so I can keep my battery up during school. I've had this phone for all of ten months, and I've never downloaded any apps that could've effected the hardware at all. My phone also had this weird episode one morning where it turned off completely while it was charging, and It took me like 10 minutes to figure out how to turn it back on (and I did not turn it off, I woke up, thinking it would be charged for me to go to school, and it had turned off at 70% on its own) And, yes, I know that there is a factory reset, and no, I haven't tried it, but the point is, I shouldn't have to.
And it's not just this model either, other friends I have who own other Samsung products have the same problem. My friend's sister has the Samsung galaxy S5 and her phone does the exact same thing as mine, then another friend of mine has a Samsung (I'm not too sure what design it is, but it's not a 6, i'm pretty sure it's one of the notes) has the same glitches and problems.
