I don't really have any complaints about this phone. It has never failed to make or answer a call. It has never just shut itself down. The screen is still nice and bright. I've had in inside a protective case and I've dropped the phone from heights of 2ft up to 6ft high onto concrete...not deliberately. The phone still looks brand new and pretty much still functions as brand new. Reception and signal quality have always been above satisfactory. I like it way better than my wife's Iphone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, battery life

I like the phone in general. But it takes more than a few seconds. To search about or to chg. features. I just think it's slow, or slower than most .
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality

This phone has very good features. It helps you through your everyday life, phenomenally!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, fast charging, split screen with two different apps running, amazing camera, uhd recording
Cons: no expandable storage with a micro sd

This my second android. Both are Samsung. First smartphone was an iPhone 4. Like the android format best. More freedom to choose apps but does take more keystrokes. Wish battery life was better. Overall, very satisfied.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: needs better battery life.
