Love the features. I love that there are so many Samsung devices that you can connect with, like the smart watch for example, but calls drop a LOT, have had to trade in my device 3 times due to defects, the newest one freezes almost everyday. This is the FIRST phone I have had so many problems with and most expensive at time of purchase. I don't like that there is not memory chip slot. Hoping the SAMSUNG GALAXY s8 will be a much better product with very limited problems.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

When I first got this phone I was pretty happy with it but after awhile it started being really slow and dying very quickly and more recently it takes about 6 hours to charge it and it sometimes only charges to 95%... I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I am not very satisfied in this phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, battery dies way too fast, expensive

Black out screen

In less than a 2 year span, 3 phones, 2 where replacements because of manufacturers defects.
Screens on all went completely black and phone could no longer be charged. What an inconvenience and upsetting experience to loose photos and important documents.

Battery life is absolutely horrible.

Due to an accident, I had to downgrade to the S6 from an S7. The battery life between the two is huge. I will be giving up this S6 as soon as I can save the money to buy another S7 or even get the S8. The product wouldn't be bad if the battery life wouldn't drain quickly as soon as you take it off the charger. I have cut off all background running apps and it stills drain quickly. If you are looking for a phone with extended battery life stay away from the S6. The S7 and S8 are your better options in achieving longer battery life.

Don't get me wrong, I love my phone. There are points in time where I have no problems with it what so ever. However, there are far too many times that I have to suffer from the functional errors of the device. To start with, I only got this device again because it was cheaper than buying another phone when the one I originally had, decided not to turn on again. What makes that even better, is the fact that all of my supposedly backed up files, were no where to be found. I lost all of my information that is very crucial to my everyday life. No one would even offer to look at my phone to see if there was any hope for fixing it and restoring all of my lost data. Anyways, before my phone shut off for good, the battery would drain quickly, everything would freeze up, it would shut on and off in the middle of what I was doing. I'm certainly not the only one who uses their phone for work and when I'm in the middle of something important, it'd be nice to be able to finish it without disruptions. I understand things like this happen occasionally but this was a multiple times a day type thing! Not very pleased.
