Unreliable product

I had an older galaxy phone that totally crashed and could not be fixed. Because of that and battery issues, I decided to go with a different brand. I was so disappointed in the quality of the camera that decided to get the Galaxy S6. The photo and video quality are amazing! I love the slim design and the brilliant screen. It has plenty of memory and streams music and video really well.
Unfortunately, I have had it just over a month (narrowly missing the return policy date) and it has locked me out twice. The fingerprint security feature quit recognizing my fingerprint and it would not accept my backup password. Both times the only way I could regain access to my phone was to do a reset with hardware keys. This meant completely having to restore all of my screens, accounts, downloading updates, etc. What a pain!
Although I appreciate the performance of the camera and the increased memory, the primary reason I have a phone is well, to use my phone! I depend on it to be operational when I need it. I disabled the fingerprint feature hoping that I won't get locked out again. Considering the price of the phone, I sincerely hope that Samsung gets this fixed and that they put a little more emphasis on creating a stable and reliable product.

I just bought this phone two weeks ago and I am utterly impressed. Before this phone, I had an iPhone for two years and I can say that I feel like the s6 out performs iphone. I plan on staying with Samsung for now on.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: expensive

Don't only bad thing I have to say about my beautiful Galaxy s6 device is their is a 100 price drop coming next month and I just bought my device 2 weeks ago..I'm upgrading my galaxy to the New Samsung Galaxy Note 5 next month and giving this beautiful pearl S6 to my fiance..I know she is going to put the front facing camera to better use then I can. I always expect more from every new devics ..that's just me..but I hope one day that Samsung can get the New tegra k1 processor or Tegra X processor in one of these bad boys..I know smartphones can be so much better and we can one day put away our computers and home game console to rest forever..Amen..David

Great phone

Love the phone overall. The camera takes amazing pic along with the video being great. The phone was super fast when I first got it and then slowed down as time went on. I constantly clean the phone up to speed it up which helps a little but it is still slower than when I first got it. Overall though it's a great phone and love the new features.

This is a Great phone. Easy to handle. The speech to text is amazing. I could go on but I tend to get lost in the over whelming amount of loaded applications. Keep it simple smart and it will fly.
