Amazing phone but have yet to use due to malfuction and being frozen since i turned on ..cant wait to get fixed to begin use of it :-(

Cons: frozen on turn on first day i bought it. :-) still

Just purchased this phone. It is galaxies superior to the S3 which I used for three years.
Easy to use, exceptionally function. All apps/icons easy to see and use. I am very happy.

I have already exchanged this phone once for a laggy / unresponsive screen, new phone is doing the exact same thing.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, screen sucks

My phone is constantly locked and very difficult to maneuver. I am frustrated and help is no help and settings does not respond to my instructions.

Yea i love this phone til recently when all of a sudden when i get call people cant hear me but i can hear them n if i switch to speakerphone they hear n dk y need help
