The Samsung Galaxy S6 is as close to the perfect smartphone as a consumer can get. There are a few caveats here, but they certainly don't detract from the overall package. In fact, I'll start with the negatives, many of which are truly nitpicks. Let's start with the button arrangement; I don't really care either way for software or hardware navigation buttons, but every other Android device, hardware or software has the nav key arrangement as "BACK," "HOME," and "RECENTS." Samsung has "BACK" and "RECENTS" switched for some reason. The user will certainly get used to it, but there is a learning curve, and when you handle another persons non Samsung device, you will fumble a bit with the discrepancy. Also, I'm personally not a fan of brand logos on the front of a device, but that's a niggle. Other than these small issues, every other complaint sort of falls in the middle. The software experience is by no means bad, but I really wish Samsung would use a software skin closer to stock Android. Or basically, I wish it WAS stock Android, except for places where it actually mattered. What I mean is, I like that the camera software is proprietary to make the best of the devices incredible camera. I like the extra options for screen modes. But why spend the extra money and work on a separate dialer, calendar, calculator, etc. when Google already has a superior version baked into Android? Not to mention the icons for Samsung's apps look like something from a flip phone. LUCKILY custom launchers and icon packs take care of a lot of this, and many of Google's apps are available in the Play Store. And that's not to say that Samsung's Touchwiz hasn't been toned down. As someone that has used stock Android Lollipop extensively, this version of Touchwiz isn't far off, and that's a great thing. I just wish they could tone it down even more. Google already makes the software, Samsung just needs to focus on a few proprietary apps and the amazing hardware they put out. And they do put out some insanely amazing hardware. This phone is gorgeous. Simple as that. It sits in the hand nicely, feels premium and will catch the passerby's eye. The aluminum and glass construction is sturdy and attractive. The camera software is intuitive and helps the incredible camera included (front and back) take amazing pictures. The screen is out of this world. Better than any display I've ever seen. Set this bad boy on whatever mode suits you, I personally like the Basic mode for its true to life colors, but the other modes look amazing too, if a tad saturated. The speaker is clear and loud, I notice things in the apps I use that I've never heard before. While the battery life is middling, the fast charging feature is great. Like, I couldn't live without it after this. The fingerprint sensor basically negates a lockscreen in its accuracy. Simply put, this phone is a pleasure to use. Even with the nitpicks I do have, I would have to reccomend this phone. If you don't pick this, you're missing out on a very premium experience.
I made a huge upgrade from Galaxy III to Galaxy 6. I love the phone in overall but the battery life is a real problem with the device. I use it constantly and for me the durability of the charge is a big concern.
Had a problem with the sound brought it back to the store was told that this model of phone needs a software update but samsung has not released it yet told to wait a couple of weeks then asked how come texts always get failed to send message once again it needs an update but update is not released yet should of never left verizon
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, waiting on software update 2weeks still waiting
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall I'm pleased with the features and performance. Like the size; originally thought it might be too big but after using it for a while, not a problem. Display is excellent. Performance is fast. My only issue has been with Touch wiz. I keep getting "touch wiz has stopped working" & of course it has been slow to respond. My only overall issue is with all the pre-installed apps but this is an issue with most phones and tablets. It does seem like there might be fewer because I did have to install some apps that have been pre-installed previously.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely a fan!! Love its features. The fact its so fast! The pictures look great! And I was able uo get all my old info on to the new phone! The best without a doubt!!
I absolutely love this product with 2 exceptions...
1) I preferred the plastic to the gorilla glass because with the glass it feels far too fragile and frankly it makes it more slick leaving me feeling like it will just slip right out of my hands.
2) I would have expected the battery to be better. I owned my S3 for almost 3 years before the battery started needing multiple charges throughout the day. I haven't even had the S6 a month yet and on average I have to charge it a little bit twice a day to prevent it from dying while I am using it.
