Everything I could've asked for

This is by far the best S series phone I've had, I was almost tempted to stick with it rather than getting the note 5. It had the IR blaster, a missed feature on the note and the new design is beautiful. The battery life could be better, but with the great screen and limitless options of customizarion, it just depends on what you do with it. I'm a power user and it handled everything oerfectly, didn't stutter once. The camera was the best I've ever used by far.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, ir blaster, great new look, camera
Cons: battery life, fingerprints

I love everything about this phone, great pictures, most things are easy to get used to. I don't have much experience with technogly products, but this phone is pretty easy to get used to.. Would love to have more ringtones and louder volume ..

I love it! The battery life is such a plus. No cords, just set it in it's base and you are always good to go!

Great phone-just one new component that is difficult to work with

I like this phone. I had the Galaxy 3, so I am a little behind in understanding the features. One thing that has been difficult is when I am texting, the "auto-correct" is a bit off. In other words, as I am typing along, a "gray box" will come up for certain words, giving you the option to insert a picture instead of the word. However, if you are trying to edit your work, the box makes it difficult.

I have only had the new phone for a week or so and am still learning the new features. Being an older consumer I find I have to ask my son for help often as it isn't intuitive for me. I seem to have more dropped calls with this phone. I was unable to retrieve my photos from the old phone as it would not stay on long enough to transfer. The camera on this phone is much better than the last. There are start-up features that you can pay for later, such as automatic caller ID. I don't want to pay for that and was shocked when the "trail" period ended and was offered to continue. I'm glad I caught it in time to avoid additional fees. For the most part I am pleased with the phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, size
Cons: dropping calls
