when i'm in a call the speaker really isn't that loud enough, especially when i'm in an area where there's a lot of noise. the volume is turned up and extra volume is enabled and i can barely hear
I like the phone. It looks nice and the wireless charging feature is the best.
The only problem I have is with the battery, drains fast. But overall the Samsung phones are good.
Pros: Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: batteryblife
I would recommend this to a friend!

Working in the cellular industry, I have owned a lot of brands of phones, and I service all types of phones. This phone has the power, features and design matching any other phone on the market, yet it was less expensive than other comparable phones. After owning the Galaxy S5, I LOVE the wireless charging. It is so much easier and simpler to not have to deal with the old klunky charging port (or any charging port at all!). And when I do plug it in, it charges incredibly quickly. My only complaint is the battery life doesn't hold up as well as my S5 did, and my LG G4 also has a longer battery life typically. Otherwise I love this phone.
It's not specific to this model, but I really love Samsung Pay. All the other cell phone-wallet systems have all seems like gimmicks so far, but Samsung Pay has MST which means it can be used on almost every system that you can swipe a card on. You no longer need an NFC enabled point-of-sale system, you can use it everywhere. It is fast, simple and the security measures they describe are formidable.
