Sleek and beautiful

This phone, overall, is just a beautiful phone. It feels good to hold, looks good, and sounds good. It takes amazing photos and video. The quality of the phone is phenomenal!
This is hands down my favorite phone I've ever owned. It's beautiful, powerful, buttery smooth, and the camera is amazing. Samsung knocked it out of the park this year. I am usually a nexus fan, but the design of the S6 caught my eye this year as it's comparable to the iPhone 6 (and even better, imo). There's no lag whatsoever and touchwiz is minimal and customizable thanks to the themes. It is a bit slippery, so I am sort of disappointed when I have to slide a case on it when I leave the house, but at home I love to leave it naked and admire the phone for what it is. I never really cared that much about picture quality on a phone, just the convenience of having a camera whenever and where ever you are has always been enough for me, but the S6 camera has spoiled me a bit. The pictures this thing takes are phenomenal and the quick launch feature has given me the ability to catch some great photo ops that other phones I owned would have likely missed due to slow launch time. Speaking of launch time, apps all launch quickly and run smoothly, even when multitasking. The split screen feature is incredibly useful; I like to watch youtube while I'm on twitter. I'm so happy I decided to buy this phone and I think Samsung is finally on the right track.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, absolutely beautiful design, super fast octa-core processor
Cons: very slippery; susceptible to drops
I would recommend this to a friend!

The good is as usual the performance, speed and features are better than anything else on the market. The BAD. Battery life is terrible and you can't buy a back up battery as it is a once piece phone much like the iphone. Should have kept my S4 or S5.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as easy as my prior G phone

Not totally thrilled with my upgrade to G6 as of yet. Love Samsung and was first choice. I am very annoyed with the constant notifications on my home screen. Being a Devils advocate I've only been using it a few hours but despite turning off notifications they still appear Not as intuitive as prior models. I hit the button that used to display settings and is now the display all screens used My biggest beef was registering the product and in the drop down menu for model/serial number is a never ending list of serial numbers without model names.. I am a techy solution person and know this stuff. Statement to use the model number on phone and not from box. With a lighted magnifying glass I was unable to view the serial number on back of phone. I had to go to settings take pix of the numbers. Has to be an easier way to register products Maybe while you're upgrading at store / phone. I know these are minor nuisances but not a very time efficient process for me Again, I've only had the phone a few hours and definitely taking me more time to set up as compared with my prior samsung products Wish it were more intuitive Despite these minor issues that may not apply to others I continue to love and enjoy samsung products and was and will be my first choice in phones
Pros: camera many new features
Cons: set up not as intuitive as previous models
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a Galaxy 5 and thought that phone was absolutely the best. I upgraded to the Galaxy S6 and it is the best thing i coulee]d have done. The phone has so many great features, but is vey easy to use. To be able to go on to the internet by phone is a wonderful feature. The camera is excellent, pictures come out with great detail. And I really like my Gold Case to enhance my Gold Phone. thank YOU Samsung for a Great Phone.
Samsung is known for their great products at affordable prices. I recently upgraded from an samsung s4. I was kind of disappointed that s4 was not getting the new Android upgrade. I love my s6, even thought I felt forced to get.. The only thing that I hate is the removal of the additional memory slot.
