The TV is awesome and the quality and features are incredible. The price is very worth it. Very easy to install. Slick and slime. Extremelly Happy with the product. Still learning to use some features.

MY WIFE TALKED ME INTO LG. SO GLAD SHE DID. THE 3D IS UNREAL. WILL NEVER GO TO THEATER AGAIN. IT'S MORE AMAZING IN MY LIVING ROOM. PICTURE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND MOST MOVIES IT SEEMS LIKE YOUR IN THE ROOM THAT'S ON TV.EVERYONE THAT'S COME OVER IS BLOWN AWAY.

Great Picture and Value

I love this TV the picture is excellent, it has one of those pictures that make the source material seem like your in the room with the characters sometimes that can take a way from that "movie" feel because it does not mask any of the flaws or cheesiness of some of the costumes or make up but you get used to it. The remote was novel at first but is a downer after a while and I cannot get it to work with any of my universal remotes. It may sound like I am complaining but I am really happy and proud I purchased this TV and the 3D is excellent.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Picture, Great Product

This tv is fantastic! The picture is outstanding and the smart tv features are very nice. For some reason though Amazon video does not seem to be available for this model of the LG tv. I guess I'll have to hook up my Roku for that. But otherwise the content available is more than sufficient. LG also has a 3d World channel in their smart tv line up. I haven't had a chance to try that out yet but I'm looking forward to it. All this and a really sleek design to boot.
The magic remote works very smoothly as well. As others have already said, if you've used a wii before then there's no learning curve to the remote.
In the end the only thing I wish LG would have done differently is to include a button on the remote to directly access the Input list. As it is now you have to access the larger "Home" menu first and then go into the Input list. Annoying, but not a huge deal.
Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

This product is hard to learn.

I tried to connect the TV and sound bar my self. Not enough simple instructions. I was told that MLB was available (not that I had to subscribe). I do not have my VHS tape player connected. I do have my DVD player connected.
I was told to buy the LG sound bar because we could use only one remote control. If we are suppose to use the sound bar remote without the TV remote there is not enough options on the sound bar remote.
The LG sound bar has a wireless woofer. The woofer has not much more sound than the TV. Only had two settings 1 & 2.
The TV is a smart TV. I am proficient with a PC and smart phone. I am connected with a wireless router. Need more instructions for the smart TV.
Pros: Quality, easy to use if only watching tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV For the Price

I bought the TV to put in my "man cave" and it is a perfect addition to the space. The image quality after following calibration steps found in the CNet forums really brought the TV to life. Following the calibration settings, I was able to get this TV to perform near what a Plasma at 600 Hz does as far as picture quality. I only wish the TV supported LG Wireless Sound Sync to reduce the need of having an optical cable going from the TV to my LG sound bar. Other than that, the TV is fantastic. Very little flashlight effect but there is some. The flashlight effect is not as noticeable when watching TV or Blu-Ray movies.

Excellent quality and features at an amazing price

We have been using this smart tv for the past couple of months and couldn't be more pleased with it. It's loaded with features, picture quality is excellent in 2d as well as 3d. Apps are easy to access and use and the web browser is very easy to use. The audio is very good even without a home theater connected to it. So far we do not have any complaints and expect to enjoy this set for many years!
