Absolutely best camera for price period!!

Absolutely best camera for price period!!
Pros:
1) Great ISO range.
2) Very low noise even on higher ISO.
3) HDR feature rocks...wished would take RAW images.
4) Very fast AF.
4) Excellent in low light.
5) Menu is simple enough for anyone.
Cons:
1) Bit loud when taking pictures but you can change that.
2) Build>> Button around the SET button is sort of lose.
3) Battery life is too short. Would recommend getting additional batteries with or without Battery grip. Specially if you will use LiveView (Personally don't use it) or record a video or shoot lots of RAW images
4) Not sure but Auto Focus does not work in video mode for me.
Over all I will highly recommend this camera simply for the fact that the image quality and the features are amazing.
I bought 6D body only with the Canon EF 35mm f/2 IS USM Standard Prime Lens cat# 5178B002, which by the way is also an amazing product by Canon.
Thanks Canon!!
Pros: Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation, Simple controls/menu, easy to use
Cons: Poor build quality, Short battery life

Best Camera yet!

I havn't put this in my work yet due to getting use to the settings. I've shot at 10,000 ISO and printed a cropped 8x10 with no noticeable noise! This camera shoots very accurate in the AI setting. I've yet to find any flaws with it at this time, I'm still trying to get use to the setup which seems very convenient but different from my previous cameras. Looking at the reviews this Camera is rated very high! I bought this as a backup for my MK ll cameras which are getting alot of use. It seems like this might take over as my main camera due to the incredible high ISO quality shots that I need.
Pros: best high iso quality, very accurate auto settings, low price full frame, simple video operation
Cons: none

Best Canon I've had to date!

I photograph horse and hound sports, air shows, concerts with stage lighting, award presentations, picnics, and family events - several thousand images per year. The modest FPS rate is not an issue, as I learned with film to shoot well-timed single frames. I'm coming from a 7D, which I liked a lot, but after two months of use, this is my favorite. The 7D is backup for emergencies. I'm mostly shooting in Manual mode, letting the camera control the ISO level, and it's doing a great job. The center-point focus/servo is great.
Pros: good battery life, quiet, Nice features/settings, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Solid Operation, Lightweight/Portable, easy to use, great low-light performance, good awb, effective center-point focus

I shoot landscape and art pictures. I use the multi exposure capabilities fairly often. (Of course I also shoot family.) This camera is outstanding. Anyone truly committed to the highest image quality (short of medium format) is in full frame format. I have gradually increased the ISO at which I'm willing to shoot, as I see the uncompromised image quality of 400, 800, 1600, and beyond.
This camera is dense and compact, it feels like a million bucks. For what I do the auto focus is totally adequate. The frames per second, not a factor. I do use the video some, and in fact I augment the audio with a Rode Stereo Pro@ mike. I think the video quality is excellent.
The bottom line for me, though, is image quality, shooting JPEG images, and processing them on my Macbook Pro with retinal display screen, simple as pie, I get truly awesome professional results. I make metal prints to 16X24 and they are crisp and wonderful. I am obsessive and fastidious about image quality!

A wonderful camera

I shoot mostly concerts. When looking to upgrade my old camera I wanted three features:
1) Excellent image quality in low lighting
2) Reliable focusing ability in this same lighting conditions
3) Full Frame.
The 6D nailed it. I'm in aw of this camera. Whether I'm using my the 24-105mm IS, 70-200mm IS II or my 500mm F4 this camera delivers. I can easily take 1,000 to 1,500 shot per concert. One very nice feature is the quite mod too. A real plus.
My only complaint is the file names, when coping from the camera to my computer, some time drops but mostly changes changes the first charter.
Pros: good battery life, quiet, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Solid Operation

Just what I wanted

After years of lugging around a 5D mkII and not wanting to invest in a mklll, I was hoping for a full frame Rebel. When convinced it wasn't going to happen, the 6D came along.
While size and weight appear of little significance on paper, you can tell the difference around your neck.
Favorite walk around kit is 6D with EF 24-85mm. If situation is serious enough to justify the weight, will switch to L primes.
Haven't used WI-FI yet. Rarely use video but they are there if I need them.
Can see a difference in the Digit 5+. Autofocus seems faster even though its the old system. No discernable noise (to me) up to 12,500 which helps the irritation of not having a built in flash. They claim it affects waterproofing but I hate carrying a flash just for fill.
Like the new power switch but battery wears out quickly.
Prefer CF cards even though I'm always bending pins. Afraid I'm going to lose SD cards.
If you consider yourself a far better photographer than you actually are, the 6D fills the bill. Don't be afraid to use the autos.
Pros: quiet, Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Solid Operation, Lightweight/Portable, easy to use
Cons: Short battery life, Complicated controls/menu

Very Good Camera

I purchased the 6D as a second camera to my 1d MK 3. The primary purpose was to use for vacations and general use. I originally had a 60d for this purpose but wasn't satisfied with the camera. I have found that I am now using the 6D for weddings and special events as well as for everyday use.
The camera has a reasonable build quality balancing ruggedness with weight.
The quality of the pictures and the use of the full frame are excellent.
The only draw back I see in the camera are number of focus points and the fact that only the center point is both horizontal and vertical.
I use the camera primarily with a 24-105 4L as well as a 70-200 II 2.8L
Pros: good battery life, quiet, Nice features/settings, Quick Start-up time, excellent image quality, Superior build quality, Bright LCD, Solid Operation, Lightweight/Portable, Simple controls/menu, easy to use
Cons: only a few focus points

Perfect Camera for the Aspiring Pro. 5 Stars.

I bought my 6D about 8 months ago after much research. I intended this to be my first step into professional cameras. From my first FTb to an F-1, AE-1, T3i and now the 6D I am a dedicated Canon user. Pros: fast, sharp, intuitive, user friendly and volumes of help on line. Canon customer service is priceless. Cons: I think I am outgrowing it quickly and am already craving a 5DIII, and fantasizing about a 5DS. All my lenses are L's so I have no excuse to blame the equipment for lousy images. I am very happy with my 6D, glad to recommend it to anyone.
