SoSo Printer

I consider this a So So printer because
a. To print legal size documents you must feed one sheet at a time and then from the rear.
b. Using Photo Glossy paper it frequently (4 out of 5 times) jams.
c. Need lots of room to rear in order to open back to clear jams.
d. Difficult to connect via wi/fi.
e. Printing of .jpg documents, text print quality is poor.

Very Pleased

Unpacked the printer, set it up, installed the drivers and programs and set up wireless connection on 4 computers with no problems at all. Very easy install with great instructions. The only problem I encountered was when I tried to print a 2 page report the 2-sided print option was not there. This problem was only on 1 of the 4 computers. I reinstalled the drivers and programs on the one computer and the 2-sided option was back. Very pleased with the whole process. The program install was quicker than I had expected, another plus.

Just purchased this printer for small business run out of home office and LOVE it! Set up was a breeze, and I am no tech expert. Small footprint works for small spaces. Copies and printed docs are fast, quiet and look perfect. Love the internal paper tray holding 250 sheets; auto feed for making copies works great; wireless WiFi connection perfect; scan to PC document file perfection. BEST OF ALL is ability to print from remote devices, like smartphone, iPad, etc. Very exciting! Still trying to figure out how to use rear mounted paper feed for items like envelopes and pre-printed business forms, like checks, etc. Overall, very satisfied and the price was right!

Everything I've read says it works with Mac OS 10.4. However, regardless of what I do, I can not get it to work and I can not afford to buy a new computer just so I can use this printer.

Mind of its own

I like the look and possibilities of this machine, but it has a mind of its own. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it does not. I have deleted it from the network, and tried again, but even when everything is on and connected, it may or may not print. It can print one thing, and then next thing will say cannot find printer, it is not connected. I use it with a mac and wifi. When it does print, it is fast and has good quality. It seems to get paper jams often as well. I'm considering returning it.

Love hate relationship

I loved this printer when I bought it. It worked great until the warranty ran out and then one of the wheels in the cassette broke that feeds the paper. The parts are cheap plastic and the replacement part, that you can't even buy from Epson, costs as much as a new printer. How can you justify that cost. The part has to be purchased from a parts supplier. So sorry I cannot purchase another one for fear it will break again.

Awful printer

The Epson Workforce WF-3520 printer is terrible. A few weeks after I bought it, there was a paper jam.
Since then, nearly all sheets have a paper smudge. Using colors, after they have been used a few times, lines appear, even when the cartridges are still 90% full. I do all the cleaning of printheads, etc. and the lines are better but the black smudges are worse. I can't use my printer for professional work. I won't purchase an Epson printer again.

printer paper feed

Just brought it home and on the 3rd print job, the printer did begin spitting out 2-4 pages per print page! Saw a review before I bought printer - should have paid attention to it. It is very frustrating to print 5 pages and get 9 pages in a stack and have to sort thru them for the actual printed page.
