Good printer, high qualiity printing and copying in color and B&W. A bit on the slow side and uses a lot of ink fast. Also, does not use all the ink in a cartridge before the printer tells you it's empty and needs to be replaced.

I was having a terrible time getting true color for a particular picture I wanted to print. A friend recommneded Epson for better color. I also have a stylus C88+, but could not get the color resolution I needed. Then I printed the same picture on my XP-600 and it is beautiful.
I know I'm going to mke gooooood use of it.

Can't get this XP600 to print well

Can't get it to print consistently, all pages have missing text. I have cleaned the print heads multiple times, which uses ink, but I was happy to do to get good copies. Have asked to print multiple page documents, and all pages may come out with only one line printing. Have spent way too much time on this.

Has a defect with its print heads. Have to perform several nozzle clean procedures which uses a tremendous amount of your ink. After multiple times, still doesn't work. Sent a "refurbished" unit. It worked for a couple of months, now does the same thing as the last one. 1st time I have bought an Epson. Purchased because I liked the size. Would never purchase again.

Horrible

I'd read the poor reviews but I was drawn to this printer because it fit perfectly in a space in my kitchen. It was horrible to set up, it has never come close to being able to print anything recognizable in colour, it frequently needs trouble shooting just for B&W documents. I've spent $100s in ink. Brutal.

Not Worth It- AT ALL

I purchased this printer mainly for at home photo printing. I did not want the feature of the scanner, but in the price range it seemed the best option. Its true this printer uses a tremendous amount of ink, but that would be ok if I could ever get it to print a page without banding. Never mind photographs, I can't even print a page of plain text without severe banding. This is after Nozzle Checks and Print Head cleanings. And then, guess what? You're out of this ink, or that ink and it won't work at all.
I have never in my life written such a scathing review, but this printer has been an absolute money sink. This week I had to print pages for an art show and though I own a printer, I had to have a friend print them for me. Ridiculous.

Ink Guzzler

It prints fine when you have enough ink. When do you have enough ink? NEVER!!!!! It does not let a cartridge run out of ink - in fact I proved how much was left in the one it wouldn't let me use when I tried to explore its contents. And I can't believe how many people have the same complaint. Most times, in a pinch, printing a document with the very last drops of uneven grey ink is better than not being able to print it at all. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CARTRIDGE COULD STILL PRINT ANOTHER FEW PAGES OF FULL INK IF IT WAS ALLOWED BY THE PRINTER. Hmph.
