Pleasantly surprised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started by standing antenna on bureau next to TV, was disappointed to receive only 3 channels. The first chance I had I installed it outside in place of my old satellite dish , aimed it using coordinates I found online, and suddenly I have 38 channels. Very happy with outcome, I'm sure some of these transmitters are easily 50 miles away. Very impressed would highly recommend.

Easy to assemble. I mounted mine about 28 ft high on the outside of my house and pointed it in the compass direction of the main tv stations in our area, about 12-15 miles away. First, I got one station and its sub channels so I called the customer support #, got a live person, Katie, within 30 seconds and she walked me through doing the auto scan on my tv. I immediately got 29 channels. Works great and sharp as it can be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's mounted on the roof where a satellite dish use to reside. It picks up all of the primary broadcast networks clearly and many others that I don't watch, so I can't name them. I have many trees to the south and they don't hinder the signal. The antenna was easy to assemble.

The service number was instrumental in getting the antenna pointed in the exact direction. I used my cell phone compass and the exact location the tech person gave me and it works perfectly.

I'm returning the Clearstream 2V...(I didn't call for support like the box label pleads) and I'm guessing you are used to phone calls and needing to convince consumers to keep your products. What a piece of junk, the rabbit ears picked up twice as many channels. It was assembled correctly and pointing in the correct position. Hopefully it was a defective product but I'm not planning on wasting anymore hours of my life trying another Antennas Direct antenna.
Do your research folks...I'm within 30 miles and this is 60 plus range antenna.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't count on 60 mile range

Bought this antenna after doing g some research on my location and distance from broadcast antennas. Knowing most were 45-60 miles I opted for this one counting g on the 60 miles. Installation is inside a window facing most every antenna in New Orleans and approximately 25 feet high. Today I get no chNns at all. Last night I got two and one was a Spanish channel I couldn't care less about. Have move this antenna to multiple locations for a week and will occasionally get the strongest broad ast channel in New Orleans for a period of time but it will eventually pixelated and become lost. Possibly this antenna would work 25-30 miles out but definitely not 40-50.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
