This is an easy-to-use product

I am a beginner when it comes to android technology. I do not own a smartphone and this is my first laptop. I have found it very easy to navigate and it has many great tutorials to help with learning about the product. I have also had to use customer service a few times and they were very helpful. I love the sound and picture quality on the Chromebook. The only thing I have encountered a problem with is uploading my pictures from my camera SD card; I was able to do it on my PC though and was able to transfer the pics then onto my laptop.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had my Chromebook since early January and I've used this more than my actual Mac or iPad. It's extremely lightweight and starts up quickly. I'm still getting used to the OS, but so far so good. Highly recommended!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, long last battery, charges quickly, quick start up
I would recommend this to a friend!

Surprised

My wife purchased the Chromebook as a Father's Day/Birthday gift. So far I have been pleasantly surprised by the device and how much I like to use it. Great for entertainment and web surfing while on the couch. The wife likes I can still be with the family while going on a computer. I have found it to be much more productivity-oriented than I would have anticipated.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, solid battery life
Cons: display is serviceable-at-best

I have had the Series 3 Chromebook for almost one year. It has been very reliable and fun to use. Also, very productive as Google has made improvements to Chrome OS during the period I've owned it.
It delivers on the promise of getting faster. It crashed once during the first week of use but has been problem free ever since. Note, I have only been on the Stable channel.
Keep up the good work Samsung !!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, nice and thin, good looking attention getter
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nearly perfect!

First off, ANY Chromebook has to be acknowledged for what it is - not what it is not! Chromebooks are not "full fledged" laptop computers designed to work whether connected to a LAN or WAN or not. A Chromebook has limited functionality when disconnected from the internet, so that is a limitation of the intent of the product, not a limitation of an individual product's execution. That said, if you do your homework and decide that a Chromebook is what you want, you cannot go wrong with this Samsung XE303C12-A01US.
Starting with the external appearance, this Chromebook is as sexy as it gets. It is as thin and light as you could possibly want - it rivals the macBook Air for "first look" appeal. Two USB ports provide more connectivity than one will probably need. The HDMI port works like a charm to extend the desktop to a TV or other external screen. The SD card reader makes the Chromebook a roadworthy companion for traveling photographers - offload to the SSD drive and you have a clear card for the next day or project. The Chromebook can pass files to Google Drive, Dropbox, or some other storage location later.
Opening the case turns the Chromebook on. Within seconds, the user is prompted to log in. No more waiting around for the computer to boot up. Chrome starts up after a successful login. The Chrome browser might have detractors in some camps, but I have yet to find a site that fails to load or loads strangely. The display is bright and has a matte finish. Colors look great and images are very sharp. It may not be the best display available in the laptop or tablet market, but it impresses for the price. A chiclet style keyboard handles the alphanumeric entry chores. Keys are not backlit, but they are nicely sized and spaced. Chromebooks modify the typical laptop keyboard layout, but there isn't too much to complain about. I found it easy to get used to the layout changes as the Chromebook became my day-to-day internet surfing device. The star of the device may be the trackpad. It made a "no buttons" convert out of me. It is very responsive, but not prone to phantom touches. It isn't overly sensitive, but appropriately so,
If one is in the market for a Chromebook - and be sure to do some homework beforehand to know if the device's niche is where you want to be - then the Samsung XE303C12-A01US is THE BEST option in the marketplace. Samsung deserves major kudos for creating a Chromebook that distinguishes itself on a shelf of lookalike products.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, looks fantastic, long battery life
I would recommend this to a friend!
