Good rugged phone

This is my third Samsung Rugby phone, I've owned all three models and each has been a good phone even with the shortcomings each phone has had.
Pros: Durable
Cons: exterior buttons
I would recommend this to a friend!

Even tho this cell phone is a few years old, it is a great little phone for folks who do not have a driving need to surf the web (altho you can), send emails all day long (altho you can), play games (altho you can), find out the weather...of course you can do just about anything you need to! The volume is pretty good when you are on speaker phone (and I NEED that!), and the battery life is very good! Speeds could be updated, but still it is just about right if you are not in a hurry. This Rugby model adjusts itself to many situations. And it is a hardy build too. All around, I would say that if Samsung updated this phone it would be just about perfect. As it is right now, it is a pretty good little phone!

I bought this cell phone a few years back and it has not failed me once. I love all the features about it and it is truly rugged and weatherproof. I was disappointed that ATT does not offer a new Rugby Pro at this time, because I would certainly upgrade to a newer Rugby Pro if it was available. Good battery life, and good features make it a winner for me.

My husband got this phone for his work, as he is in construction and needed a durable phone. Well, he got a durable phone! This thing has been dropped, kicked, hit, bumped, fallen on, sat on, ran over, and we still use it! If you need a phone to work FOR you, this is it!

I have sad the Rugby Pro for over a year now. It has seen nearly 100 miles of river rafting with no protection other than a stick on screen saver and the vest pocket I carried in . It has gone through better than a half dozen spills with me into the river and just keeps on going.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color

I purchased this phone based on owning a Rugby Flip phone, This phone is just as durable and functional even though I have dropped it several times on concrete and in a lake. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone that demands durability
